Trip Itinerary
- We start our journey to the place called “HEAVEN ON EARTH - CHARDHAM” from Delhi. Departure at around 9:00 pm.
- En-Route Continue your journey to Barkot (Barkot is a beautiful hill station which is located on the foot of Yamunotri). On the way you can visit the “Kempty Falls” on the way if time permit. Upon arrival at Barkot, check-in the Hotel/Camp. Dinner arrange at Hotel. Overnight Stay at Barkot.
- Morning proceeds to Jankichatti (45 Km), Janki Chatti (8 km). Here you will begin the First hill Yatra of Yamunotri (6 Kms trekking). Those who want to hire Pony/Palki/Kandi at own cost (Approximate Cost suggested for Pony- Rs 1000/-, Palki 2500/-, Kandi – Rs 1000/-). Return via the same route back to Barkot. Dinner and Overnight stay at Barkot. About Yamunotri: It is the source of the river Yamuna, the twin sister of Varna, the Lord of Death. Yamuna is also the daughter of Surya the Sun. The actual source of the river originates from Champasar Glacier 01 km a head of the shrine, at an altitude of 4,321 mts. On arrival by afternoon in Yamunotri take holy dip in Yamuna River and perform Pooja.
- After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Uttarkashi (Uttarkashi is situated on the banks of river Bhagirathi and is famous for its historical monuments, Temples & Ashrams) Enroute visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Upon arrival Uttarkashi/Netala check into the hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
- Morning drive to Gangotri. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges (which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. After performing Pooja, drive back to Uttarkashi. Dinner & Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. About Gangotri temple: its 18th century's temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga is located near a sacred stone where King Bhagirathi worshipped Lord Shiva. Ganga is believed to have touched earth at this spot. The temple is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white graniteMorning drive to Gangotri. Upon arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges (which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. After performing Pooja, drive back to Uttarkashi. - After breakfast, check out the hotel and drive to Guptkashi (It’s situated at a distance of 47 km from the holy shrine, Kedarnath) The town holds immense religious importance as it houses famous ancient temples like Vishwanath Temple and Ardhnareshwar Temple. Have your dinner and stay overnight in the hotel/camp.
- Wake up early morning freshen up have breakfast check out from hotel. Take jeep to gaurikund at your own cost.(it is charge around 40-50 Rupees (per person bear own self) Reach gaurikund start trek to Kedarnath it is trek distance around (19-20) km. Reach kedarnath in evening. Check into hotel and Camp basic stay there and no sharing is allowed in kedarnath. Dinner overnight stay in hotel/camps.
- Wake up in morning freshen up have breakfast later visit Kedarnath temple do darshan and pray click some pictures for memories and visit bhairav nath temple it is around 1 KM trek from kedarnath temple Return trek down to gaurikund. Reach gaurikund take jeep to sonprayag. Reach sitapur by evening/night it depend on your walking speed. Later depart for Guptkashi. Reach Guptkashi. Dinner overnight stay in hotel.
- After breakfast checkout from Hotel. Depart for Joshimath and Auli, on the way visit Vishnuprayag. Reach Hotel by evening becuase travel distance 250km road condition is not good. Hotel check In and left for Auli enjoy Auli ropeway. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel
- After breakfast checkout from Hotel from joshimath. Depart for Badrinath, on the way visit Vishnuprayag. Reach Mana , visit – Ganesh gufa,vyas gufa, Bhim pul, Saraswati river. Hotel check in, Do darshan of Badrinath ji in evening. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel Reach early morning haridwar and attend Ganga Aarti and leave for delhi.
- Evening arrival in delhi. Here your trip ends with unforgettable memories.

- Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
- The IDs shall all be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Govt. ID.
- The Transfer of the bookings is not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation shall be allowed to travel.
- No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings.
- The management shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour. The time of Departure is stated & fixed. All travelers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s), & report at the pickup point 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure.
- The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
- Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s).
- Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule departure. Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety concerns.
- Our tours involve physically demanding activities such as trekking, camping at high altitudes and we recommend for you to be in the right shape to make most of them.
- No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community and we aspire to bring to you a hassle free and memorable experience. Travelinq Experience shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accident, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents.
- We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons. Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary.
- We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being!
Cancelation policy
- No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same
